AirWear Pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website coolbreeze.myshopify.com and sells portable neck fans under the brand name AirWear Pro. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are completely accurate, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After 12 hours, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. AirWear Pro reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. AirWear Pro is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the exclusive property of AirWear Pro and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Use
