At AirWear Pro, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once the order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify whether your location is serviceable by entering your pin code. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata typically receive orders within 3โ5 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities can expect delivery within 5โ7 business days. Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to factors beyond our control such as weather disruptions or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges โ the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real time. If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please contact our support team.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer before we reship the order.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. AirWear Pro is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with photos. If a shipment is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and, if confirmed lost, will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Bulk or Wholesale Orders
For bulk orders of 10 units or more, please reach out to us directly before placing your order. Shipping timelines and charges for bulk orders may differ from standard orders and will be communicated to you individually.
11. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and XpressBees to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.
