At AirWear Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
Eligible Reasons for Return
You may request a return if you received a damaged or defective product, if the wrong item was delivered, or if the product is not as described on our website. Change of mind or buyer's remorse is not eligible for a return once the product has been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted. Items purchased during sale or special promotions are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable courier service, as AirWear Pro is not responsible for items lost in transit.
